11月の雪 / November snow

今日は雪の日⛄!

東京の周辺では54年ぶりの11月の雪となりました。　東京周辺は今、紅葉シーズンなので、白雪と色とりどりの葉の織りなす珍しい眺めを楽しむことができました。

うちのワンコ、ネルケは寒さには強いシベリアンハスキーのくせに寒いのがあまり好きじゃない...(雪は好きみたいなのですが...)　外に出てもすぐ、うちに入りたがり、毛布の上でとぐろを巻いてしまうんです...

Today is a snowy day⛄!

Tokyo area gets November snowfall for the first time in 54 years.　Now, the colored leaves season in Tokyo, so, we were able to see a rare view woven by white snow and colorful leaves.

My dog, Nelke is a Siberian husky that is resistant to cold but she doesn't like cold weather...(She seems to like snow, but...)  She wants to come into the house right after I let her out.  And she curls up on a blanket...  

"Oh, you are a hothouse plant!"

...a lady...

...美しくさせる。
...beautiful.

錦繍 / Season of Color

家の周りは今ちょうど紅葉の見頃です!

なので、家の近くの「じゅんさい池緑地」というちょっと大きめの公園に紅葉狩りに行ってきました、ワンコを連れて!　

イチョウは真っ黄色、もみじは緑を少し残し赤や黄色に色づき、とっても美しかったです!

この公園は歩くとちょっと遠いので普段はあまり散歩に行かないんですが、大きな池があって、日本庭園風なところもあり、散歩するのにちょうどいいんです!　紅葉だけでなく、桜の木が池の周りに植えられているので、春もキレイですよ!

ワンコも普段の散歩よりもうれしそうに歩いていました!

It's the best season of colored leaves around my house now!

So, I went to a little big park called "Jyunsai-ike Ryokuchi" near my house for viewing colored leaves... with my dog! 

Ginkgo leaves are yellow and maple leaves are red & yellow, leaving some green leaves!

Usually, we don't go to this park because it's a little far to walk there.  But there is a big pond in the park and some parts are like a Japanese garden. So, it's good for a walk!  And sakura trees are planted around the pond and it's also beautiful in spring! 

My dog seemed happier than usual!

高原へ行こう! / Let's go to highland!

先日、ワンコを連れて長野にドライヴ🚗に行ってきました。　八ヶ岳の麓に広がる黄金色に実る稲穂の中を抜け、高原へ。　白樺湖を通って、車山高原、霧ヶ峰に行きました。

途中の絶景ポイントで降りて、秋の風を感じながら写真を取ったりしながら、霧ヶ峰富士見台という展望所で休憩。　富士山🗻がきれいに見えました!　売店の人の話ではそれまで天候がすぐれず、富士山がきれいに見えるの日だったそうでラッキーでした!


We went for a drive🚗 to Nagano with my dog the other day.  Through rice plants that turn gold, we went to highlands.  We went along Lake Shirakaba, and after we went to Kurumayama Highland and Mt. Kirigamine.

We stopped by view points for taking photos with blowing in the autumn breeze and took a break at a observation deck, Kirigamine Fujimidai. We were able to view Mt. Fuji🗻 clearly.  A stuff of souvenir shop said that it was clear viewing day after the bad weather had continued.  We were lucky!

湖畔にハスキー / Husky on the lakeside

家から車で50分ほどのところに手賀沼という小さな沼があり、その岸に道の駅があって、そこでは農産物直売所が併設され、新鮮な野菜を買うことができ、沼沿いを散歩できるのでワンコを連れて時々行きます。　また、カフェもありそこのあんこのクロワッサンがおいしいので行ったときはいつも買ってます。

今、ちょっと脚を折ってて、松葉杖生活なので、あまり出かけられないんですが、先日、久しぶりにワンコを連れて、そこに行ってきました。

シベリアンハスキーは珍しいのか、いろんな人にかわいがってもらえ、大好きなソフトクリームも食べ、ワンコは満足げ。　

湖のほとりを散歩していると白鳥に威嚇され、怖がるワンコ。　臆病なんだから!　

ワンコも僕もちょっとした気分転換になりました。


There is a small lake called "Tega-numa" that is about 50 min from my house by car.  And there is a roadside rest area on the shore  There is a farmer's market on that and we sometimes go there to buy fresh vegetables and  we take a walk with our dog.

My leg is broken now and I'm on crutches.  So, I can't go out much. But we went the roadside rest area for the first time in a while.

Siberian husky is rare in Japan now. So, many people played with my dog.  And she ate ice　cream that is her favorites and looked happy. 

A swan threatened her when we took a walk on the lakeside.  She was scared of that.  "Oh, you're chicken!"

She & I could refreshed a little bit.

女の子のとき Girl's period

今、うちのわんこは生理中なんです。　大体は春と秋の年2回、秋はいつもは10月か11月に来るのですが、今回はちょっと早めです。　一回なると、結構長く、2～3週間は続きます。　

わんこは家の中では自由に動き回るので、布類は結構血のシミだらけになっちゃってます。　車で出かけるときはオムツをつけて乗せるんですが、あまり気に入らないみたいです!　でもその姿がちょっとかわいい!


My dog is on her period now.  Usually, it's twice in spring & fall and the period in fall comes October or November.  But this time, it's earlier.  Once it starts, it lasts 2 or 3 weeks.

She walks about through the house and clothes get dirty with spots.  And when we go out by car, she wears a diaper.  But she looks discontent!  But... it's very pretty!

エアコンの無い夜 Non air conditioner night

夏は終わりましたが、相変わらず暑い日が続いています。　僕もワンコも暑いのは苦手！　涼しい北海道か高原に行ければなぁなんて思ってますけど...　

夏場は家にいるときは一日中エアコンつけっぱなしでしたが、ここのところ夜は涼しい日が続き、エアコンなしで寝ています。

涼しい秋らしい秋がやって来るのはもう少し先。　早く、涼しくならないかなぁ!


Summer is over!  But hot days continue.  I & my dog don't like hot weather!  We want to go cool Hokkaido or highlands somewhere but...

We left air conditioners on all day in summer but it has gotten a little cooler recently at night and we can sleep without air conditioner. 

Real cool autumn is still later.  We want cool weather!
